Digital products — all sales are final
Everything sold by No Casserole is a digital product: books, journals, and guides delivered as instant downloads. Because these files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete and your download has been made available.
At checkout you’ll be asked to acknowledge that you understand the product is a non-refundable digital download.
If something goes wrong
We want you to actually receive what you paid for. If you hit a problem — the file won’t download, it’s corrupted, you were charged twice, or your download link never arrived — email connect@nocasserole.com within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll make it right, whether that means resending the file or correcting a billing error.
